

The greater Hilton Head Island, Bluffton and Beaufort area, South Carolina, real estate offerings are distinct when compared to most other areas of the United States. One of Hilton Head’s older beach communities, this mid-island neighborhood enjoys close proximity to Folly Field Beach as well as the Islander’s Beach Park, which features a playground, picnic area and boardwalk to the beach.
Another of the Hilton Head Island’s oldest beach communities, Forest Beach is steps away from both the Atlantic and the shopping opportunities of Coligny Plaza, South Forest Beach Road and Pope Avenue. The architecture along Forest Beach is a mixture of “old beach house style” structures and modern Lowcountry manor style homes.

Located at the northern tip of Hilton Head Island, SC is the private, residential club community of Hilton Head Plantation, which offers a variety of recreational facilities.
