As a sales associate with Cora Bett Thomas Realty & Associates, Wanda represents clients in buying and selling properties in Beaufort and the entire South Carolina Lowcountry.
Wanda, who is originally from Fayetteville, North Carolina, has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina in Greenboro, North Carolina. Wanda has lived in Beaufort for 13 years and had been involved in the renovation of two homes in Greensboro and as well being part of the design and building of two homes in Beaufort, South Carolina.
Wanda, her husband, Ricky and their son have recently renovated an 1800’s building on King Street in Charleston SC and opened a restaurant, Boone’s Bar and Grill named after Boone, their golden retriever grand-dog.
She is a member of the Junior League, St. Helena’s Episcopal Church, past board member of the YMCA, and a past co-chair of Beaufort Memorial Hospital Valentine Ball as well as being involved in other community activities
Wanda and her husband, who have 2 grown children, live in Beaufort with their Cavalier King Charles spaniel, Aubrey.
