Focus on Residential Waterfront, Condominium & Historic Properties

An advocate of the creative and technology-based businesses that are moving to town, Stephanie Wilson-Evans firmly believes that Savannah’s accessibility is a driving factor in buyer’s decisions to settle in our coastal community. “A number of my clients come from all over the country and they are amazed at how easy it is to come in and out of Savannah,” she says. “They love the fact that it’s an easy drive to Charleston or a quick flight to New York. They really embrace the location.”

Her enthusiasm for her community and its attributes just may be what drives her to succeed. In 2004 Wilson-Evans was elected Rookie of The Year and ranked seventh in sales at Cora Bett Thomas Realty Company, which is no small feat, given the strength of her peer group. She earned a position in the firm’s prestigious Top 10 in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and was ranked #3 in 2010 and is a member of The Savannah Board of Realtors Distinguished Sales Society.

“I always talk to people about Savannah’s potential, not only growing outward, but also working within the framework of what already exists here,” she says. “I explain to clients that our area encompasses so much more than what has been classically known as Savannah. Today, there is a much bigger picture and there is great potential for growth.”

After relocating to Savannah from Nashville, Tennessee in 1998, Wilson-Evans began her career as sales assistant to Cora Bett Thomas, founder and CEO of Cora Bett Thomas Realty, eventually serving as the company’s director of personnel. She received her real estate license in July of 2002, became an independent agent in September of 2003 and continues to be one of Cora Bett Thomas Realty’s Top Producers. In 2010 she embarked on a new challenge, remaining a Top Producer while leading the company as the Sales Manager. "I find that my knowledge of the market, desire for personal growth and attention to detail makes this duel roll more rewarding for my clients. I am abreast of the latest information and constantly striving to be better. Over the years, she has proven her ability to excel in the Savannah market, representing a diverse mix of waterfront and historic properties, as well as condominiums, commercial and investment properties. Wilson-Evans attributes her success to concentrating on client’s needs and then applying individualized marketing techniques that will best suit what the buyer or seller wants to accomplish.
