As the leading producer in 2010 for the South Carolina offices of Cora Bett Thomas Austin Hill & Associates, Eric has achieved a record of success in representing buyers and sellers of property in Beaufort, Bluffton and Hilton Head Island.

Eric and his wife live on Fripp Island and have two grown daughters and one granddaughter. He is a member of the Episcopal Parish Church of St. Helena where he has held various leadership positions including Senior Warden and was one of the founding co-chairmen of Holy Trinity Classical Christian School in Beaufort.

He is a Realtor and member of the Beaufort County Association of Realtors where he is currently a Director and Chair of the Legislative Affairs Committee. He was elected as a member of the Board of Directors of the Fripp Island Property Owners Association, serving as its Treasurer and later Vice President. Eric has also served as Commodore of the Fripp Island Yacht Club.

Eric and his family enjoy all things related to the water, whether it is just spending time on the beach, sailing, cruising the flats of Fripp in a boat or off shore sport fishing; making Beaufort County the perfect place to live.
